  • Preparation is key.
    Keep your bathroom cleaning supplies organized and in one place. It’s a great idea to keep cleaning sprays, powders, rubber gloves, scrubber sponges and all of the other items together in a large bucket. Grab the mop and broom on your way in, and you’re ready to do battle.
  • Follow an established routine.
    There’s no room for improvisation when dealing with unpleasant tasks. Devise a plan and a certain order to follow when cleaning. For example – begin by spraying down the walls of the shower and then move on to cleaning the toilet. By the time you’re done with the toilet, the cleaning solution will have had time to work on the shower, making your job that much easier.
  • Go easy on artwork.
    When cleaning and polishing any framed artwork you may have in your bathroom, make sure to spray the glass cleaner on your soft cloth rather than on the artwork itself. Spraying cleaner on the object can allow the liquid to seep in behind the glass and ruin the picture.
  • When is it nice to be under pressure?
    When you’re standing under the shower; and you may have noticed that it’s just not as lively as it once was. If this is the case, you probably need to clear away mineral deposits that tend to build up on showerheads over time. Remove the showerhead and soak it in distilled white vinegar for an hour or so, then use a retired toothbrush to clean away any remaining crud. Rinse in warm water before reattaching.
  • Keep the “whirl” in whirlpool.
    If you have a whirlpool bathtub, fill it with warm water and about half a cup of bleach. Turn off the air induction and allow the jets to run for 30 minutes, then drain the tub completely. Fill it once again with water and run the jets for 15 minutes to rinse. Do this about once a month as form of preventive maintenance.
  • Take proper care of wood surfaces.
    Avoid using regular bathroom cleaners on wood cabinets. Treat them with the same care you use with the wood furniture in the other rooms of your home. Use wood polish wood soap or allergen dust cloths to clean and moisturize.

These tips should make cleaning the bathroom easier so you can spend less time cleaning and more time with your family.

It is also important that you avoid eating Vegetables that are refrigerated since they can be a possible cause of Listeriosis. This causes contamination of the food by bacteria that is abundant in the soil and water. According to The Center of Disease Control, this is a serious disease that affects pregnant women.

The symptoms can be devastating to the fetus as this bacterium crosses the placenta and may lead to a miscarriage. Through a careful selection on the foods that will help you in your diet weight loss program, you’re likely to enjoy your pregnancy to its full term and deliver a bouncing healthy baby.
